Fresh, sweet and zingy, the Passionfruit Martini pairs perfectly with sunsets.
Ingredients
30mL vanilla vodka
Around 30mL of fresh passionfruit pulp
10mL lime juice
Solara Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
Ice cubes
1/2 a passionfruit (for garnish)
Method
1. Shake up the vodka, passionfruit pulp, lime juice and ice cubes
2. Strain (twice if needed) to remove seeds
3. Top up with Solara Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
4. Serve with 1/2 passionfruit garnish
