Spring in Australia. It’s a beautiful thing. This Solara cocktail is primed for the season - bringing extra fizz to the long lunch and into the longer evening light. As temperatures climb, the Aperol Spritz seems to just appear in hand. With a frozen twist, it’s perfect for days spent outside.
Ingredients
60mL Aperol
60mL Solara Prosecco
30mL orange juice (if you like)
Ice
Method
1. Blend all ingredients until you have an icy but smooth consistency
2. Add an extra dash of Solara if needed
3. Best served with 1/2 an orange slice
