We’ve been busy sharing all sorts of ways to enjoy your Solara sparkling – from recipes, to cocktails, to last month’s prosecco passport that can transport you anywhere.
But for the curious, we thought it was time to reintroduce the brand, and why its positive energy is something we live every day.
Shining a light on new ways to celebrate.
The Solara brand exists to enjoy a life full of fizz, and in turn, challenge traditional views of sparkling wine. We don’t believe bubbles should be saved for a ‘special occasion’. We believe in capturing summer vibes, the sunset and the idea that time together is as good a time as any to celebrate. We’re determined to make room for positivity in a world that can feel challenging.
The stars in our sparkling galaxy.
We wanted to bring an affordable sparkling wine to the market that tastes great and has a sparkling personality to match. We have two varietals: Solara Prosecco and Solara Chardonnay Pinot Noir. Both are fresh, flavourful, and youthful – and come in at under $20.
The 2024 Solara Prosecco is available now, and the 2024 Solara Chardonnay Pinot Noir is due to be released around Summer this year. Find stockists here.
What matters to you, matters to us.
When it comes to what people value, customers expect more effort from winemakers to do no harm to the planet for the sake of a beverage – something we passionately believe in, too. We’re about doing more than the bare minimum – so not just reaching net zero, but always building on our existing regenerative farming, water saving initiatives and biodiversity management plan.
That even includes helping our neighbours – the endangered regent parrots who call our area home.
Living in the moment.
At the end of the day, the spirit of Solara is simple. To Live with Fizz. It means living in the moment, enjoying life, and saying cheers to sustainable wines that aren’t just affordable, but come from a vineyard that actively regenerates the earth (you can learn more about that here). In other words – let the good fizz flow.
Till next time,
Team Solara.
